The goal of UW DEOHS Continuing Education Program is to create safer workplaces, sustainable environments, and successful communities across the Pacific Northwest. We are proud to offer Professional Development opportunities for industrial hygienists, safety professionals, occupational medicine practitioners, occupational health nurses, green chemistry and sustainability professionals, first responders, individuals working with hazardous materials, and workers across various industries in Washington. Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.

Our Professional Development Courses are partially supported by the Northwest Center for Occupational Health and Safety (NWCOHS). The Northwest Center is one of 18 Education and Research Centers (ERCs) funded by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).
