Class description
This webinar will increase awareness among physicians and other healthcare providers about the growing problem of workplace violence in all healthcare settings. Participants will learn about risk factors for workplace violence, the ways in which violence impacts the workplace at an organizational level, principles of workplace violence mitigation covered in the 2016 federal guidelines, and the requirements of the new Washington Workplace Violence prevention plan.
