As urban areas become increasingly dense, construction companies have more challenges working on sites in congested areas with limited space, limited access, and adjacent to occupied buildings. The purpose of this course is to provide attendees with information on best practices for construction site logistics, particularly in anticipating hazards, developing risk management strategies, and identifying resources for improving efficiencies and reducing injuries and illnesses.
